Suardana Inn'S - Kuta (Bali)

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and transport links. All aspects of this hotel were ok.

Hurt my back, so I lived in the hotel more than planned. Nice room with an unusual bathroom. To the sea - 10 minutes to clubs - 5 minutes. you catch Wi-fi in the room. There is a fridge and kettle.

The staff is very difficult to catch in the workplace. Next is building, so with the window open too noisy

1. Super narrow staircase which is definitely NOT suitable for kids and senior citizen. 2. It took hours for the air-con unit to make the room cold enough. 3. Walkway to the hotel entrance is narrow and dark.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kuta. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The location was ideal, as it was close to everything in Kuta, including the main strip, Legian. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary massage at the spa on the top floor of the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great and exceeded my expectations.

Great location just off main strip means you have everything there but not the noise!!! Lovely and quiet, speacious room, tea and coffee making - real bonus, and a fridge, good large bed, very comfy, much better quality that i thought for that price.

The location and the fact that it have just been renovated.

Sadly, there was no swimming pool.

The facilities were excellent, from the clean and well-maintained pool, to the fast wi-fi and mini kitchen in our room. the hotel staff provided excellent customer service, always friendly and willing to help. Finally, this hotel is great location near local markets and transportation hubs to Gili islands.

It was all superb.

During my recent stay, I was impressed with the hotel's location which was right in the heart of the market and close to Kuta's shopping areas. the outdoor area was beautiful and well-maintained. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with working aircon and a fridge. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance whenever needed. the small pool was a lifesafer, and the breakfast was delicious. Only issue was the slight dampness in the room. it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great Value for Money, Amazing Location, Welcoming Staff During our city trip, we stayed at a three-star hotel that exceeded our expectations. the value for money was fantastic, given that we received high-quality amenities and facilities. the hotel's location was perfect, in close proximity to numerous tourist attractions and cultural experiences. the hotel staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Limited Amenities Although we enjoyed the hotel's overall experience, we felt that the amenities were limited compared to other hotels. the lack of additional services such as a spa or fitness center was disappointing.

The rooms are clean and new, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Kuta beach and popular gift shops. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Plus, breakfast is included!

No negative aspects to mention, everything was fine.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and many restaurants. The room was equipped with a fridge and TV. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very noisy, with ongoing construction and thin walls. It was impossible to sleep through the night without being woken up by outside noise or people arguing in neighboring rooms.
